You can fly into Rome, Pisa or Florence
-From Rome you can easily connect to the train to Florence's Santa Maria Novella (SMN) downtown station (1.5 hours)
-From Pisa there is the Terravision bus or the train to Florenze SMN (1 hr)
-From Florence airport you will need to take a cab to the hotel
If you are coming by train to Florence from other points in Italy/Europe
-Trains from other points in Europe will probably arrive at Florence's Campo di Marte station. Trains to Santa Maria Novella (the downtown station) are frequent.
-From trains from within Italy, descend at Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station (there are several train stations in Florence). From there catch a cab to the hotel. Bus info provided upon request.
