You can apply online by using the buttons on each workshop description page.

You'll be taken to our Shopping Cart - which is really more of a Registration Cart - where you can complete your application. No payment will be processed.

Once we have received your info and accepted your application we will send you an electronic invoice for PayPal payments, or mailing instructions for cheque/money order payments.

A deposit of 50%, $225 of which is a non-refundable lodgings deposit, is required within 10 days to secure your spot. All fees must be paid in full before the deadline. For apps accepted within 14 days of the deadline you will be invoiced for the entire amount.

Cancellations must be received by the application deadline and will be subject to a $100 processing fee in addition to the $225 non-refundable lodgings deposit.

Workshops are priced in dollars - Canadian or US, depending on where you live. Members of the Commonwealth may pay in CAD. American clients pay in USD. Other clients have the choice to pay in USD or Euro (contact us for euro pricing). We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the rate of exchange between the Canadian and US dollar, and between those and the Euro as well.
